MIA

Hi everyone,

I apologize for being so MIA - I have tons to write about and no strength to write about it! I spent my anniversary back in the hospital and every moment in between at work and doctor's appointments. The doctor's are pretty sure that I have something called Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (Pots) with an overlap of Neurocardiogenic Syncope, which has been causing my dehydration and tiredness and dizziness and all sorts of good stuff. I have to have more testing done, but they're 99% sure that's the issue.

Halloween costume.

Anyway, I hope to start writing again soon and have all of my health issues figured out. Hope everyone had a great Halloween weekend - I've loved all the costumes I've seen so far!

  7. I am not quite sure what all POTS includes, but I have a type of tachycardia, too, and it is so annoying! I'm sorry you were in the hospital (what, almost two months ago? I'm a little late to the party) but I hope you are doing better now!

  8. Thanks Law School Wife! It basically means my heart rate goes from the 80's to anywhere between 130-160+ just from standing. And sometimes whenever it feels like it anyway. Just another hurdle!
