Thanks for the Summer Reading, Pottery Barn

I just got the new Pottery Barn catalogue in the mail today - can I just say that it makes me want to move to a large vintage farmhouse and decorate it all with Pottery Barn's vintage fall decor? If I could I would've loved to have been able to afford Martha Steward's Connecticut farmhouse she sold a few years ago. I could've definitely seen most of these items in there. Oh to have a farmhouse and a mudroom!

Don't you love the outside fireplace too?

The best (and probably un-intended effect of the catalogoue is that is contains some amazing baby names. If they're not trendy now, they will be in a few years. Whoever thought Pottery Barn would be a baby name guru?

Names I found: Ashby, Emmett, Harlow, Audrey, Adele, Mason, Hyde, Avery, Emma, McKenna, Olivia, Tanner, Hayes, Hudson, Grayson, Porter, Rhys

My husband asked me today to say one good thing about now and one about the future. My good thing for now is my family and friends. I'm so grateful to have such an amazing husband who works so hard to get through school so he can get a job he wants after school. He is an inspiration to me. I have amazing parents who are always there for me and a wonderful mother-in-law is pretty much my adopted mom. I have a loving animal family, except when they're awful and hate each other, but at night when they all want to cuddle that's the best.

In the future I would like to continue to grow my relationships with family, eventually have children, a house, a station wagon, new relationships with friends, and another doggie. Maybe a pony. ;)
